He suspects that the owners want him out so they can renovate it and boost the price. “Even looking in a 20- or 30-kilometer radius outside town, I can’t even find anything within the price range I can afford,” he told The Associated Press. “And I consider myself a very fortunate person, because I earn a decent salary. And yet we have failed them: our energies are more focused on the present, and we are least considered about what may happen in the future if we do not change course. Take the latest report by Unicef, released a day before World Children’s Day, which is observed annually on November 20, “to promote international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide, and improving children’s welfare.” In its report, the UN agency says that demographic shifts, worsening climate change and rapid technological transformation risk create a bleak future for children in 2050. But considering its fandom-heavy userbase and the popularity of Potterverse bots in particular, it's hard to imagine any incentive for Character.AI to remove Potterverse-themed chatbots from its platform other than outside pressure. Warner Bros. Discovery also owns several other fandom-heavy franchises including the HBO smash hit "Game of Thrones." The theme - "Board certified" - suggests something about business, rather than WOODWORKING, after all. I fell into that trap and eventually had to use a clue to reveal VISE... which actually didn't help me at all. The reason being that VISE isn't a word in the UK, where we'd spell it "vice". Having established that fact via a quick Google search, however, I realized that "Board certified" had to refer to the tools used for building things. I found LATHE immediately above it and DRILL to its left. I then figured out that the mysterious 'J' on the left of the board was part of JIGSAW, before returning to the right to add in PLANE. CHISEL then jumped out at me in the middle of the grid. That sufficiently cleared a path for me to get the spangram: WOODWORKING, which was coiled up from the top of the board to the bottom-left corner.
